Home Health ADVantage offers a wide range of health care services that can be given in your home for an illness or injury. Home healthcare is usually less expensive, more convenient, and just as effective as care you get in a hospital or skilled nursing facility (SNF). Examples of skilled home health include: wound care, incisional care, patient and caregiver education, intravenous therapy, injections, nutritional therapy, and monitoring serious or unstable health statuses to prevent hospitalizations. Home Health ADVantage coordinates care with your physician to reach optimal health goals. Our goal is to assist you and your caregiver with self-management so your health improves, you feel better, you regain your independence, become self-sufficient, improve your current level of functioning and minimize the decline.
